Seeker of Slaanesh rulings

2022-10-07
If a creature isn't able to attack for any reason (such as being tapped as its controller's declare attackers step begins or being affected by "summoning sickness"), that creature doesn't have to attack. If no creatures a player controls are able to attack, Seeker of Slaanesh's requirement has no effect during that combat. If there's a cost associated with having a creature attack, its controller isn't forced to pay that cost, so it doesn't have to attack in that case either.

Haste Rule 702.10

Haste is a static ability.

If a creature has haste, it can attack even if it hasn’t been controlled by its controller continuously since their most recent turn began. (See rule .)

If a creature has haste, its controller can activate its activated abilities whose cost includes the tap symbol or the untap symbol even if that creature hasn’t been controlled by that player continuously since their most recent turn began. (See rule .)

Multiple instances of haste on the same creature are redundant.
