Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2025
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including but not limited to:
- Account information from the provider you sign in with (such as your display name and email address)
- The lists, collections and game results you create on the site
- Your display preferences
- Usage and device data — but only if you accept analytics cookies (see sections 6 and 7)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Communicate with you about our services
- Monitor and analyze trends and usage
- Protect against, identify, and prevent fraud and other illegal activity
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that run the service on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- PostHog (EU region) — product analytics and error tracking, only if you accepted analytics cookies.
- The identity provider you chose to sign in with.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to processing of your information
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We keep the number of cookies small, and we group them as follows:
- Strictly necessary — your sign-in session (set by Supabase, our authentication provider) and the cookie that records your answer to the cookie banner. These are required for the site to work and are set without consent, as the law allows.
- Preferences — the display settings you choose yourself (card size, language, prices, theme). They exist only to remember what you asked for, and are stored in a cookie or in your browser’s local storage on this device.
- Analytics — set by PostHog only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Refusing them costs you nothing: every feature works the same.
7. Analytics and Your Consent
We use PostHog (hosted in the European Union) to count visits, see which features get used, and catch errors. It only ever runs with your permission:
- Nothing is measured, and no analytics cookie is written, until you press Accept in the banner.
- If you refuse, or simply ignore the banner, the analytics SDK stays switched off and stores nothing on your device.
- You can change your mind at any time under Settings › Privacy, which is also where you can bring the banner back. Withdrawing is as easy as accepting.
- When enabled, PostHog receives a pseudonymous identifier, your page views and the in-app actions listed on that settings page, plus technical data such as browser and approximate region. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
