Horsemanship is an evasion ability.

A creature with horsemanship can’t be blocked by creatures without horsemanship. A creature with horsemanship can block a creature with or without horsemanship. (See rule , “Declare Blockers Step.”)

Multiple instances of horsemanship on the same creature are redundant.
