Neva, Stalked by Nightmares rulings

2023-09-01
Enchantment tokens (such as Roles) that are sacrificed, destroyed, or would otherwise go to the graveyard are put into their owner's graveyard before ceasing to exist. If you controlled the token, Neva's ability will trigger.
2023-09-01
If Neva leaves the battlefield while it has an Aura you control attached to it or at the same time as another creature with an Aura you control attached to it, its ability won't trigger for those enchantments unless they were destroyed by the same effect that caused Neva to leave the battlefield.

Neva, Stalked by Nightmares keyword rules

Menace Rule 702.111

Menace is an evasion ability.

A creature with menace can’t be blocked except by two or more creatures. (See rule , “Declare Blockers Step.”)

Multiple instances of menace on the same creature are redundant.

Scry Rule 701.18

To “scry N” means to look at the top N cards of your library, then put any number of them on the bottom of your library in any order and the rest on top of your library in any order.

If a player is instructed to scry 0, no scry event occurs. Abilities that trigger whenever a player scries won’t trigger.

If multiple players scry at once, each of those players looks at the top cards of their library at the same time. Those players decide in APNAP order (see rule ) where to put those cards, then those cards move at the same time.

An ability that triggers whenever a player scries triggers after the process described in rule is complete, even if some or all of those actions were impossible.
